Separated Sets

Definition

Consider a Topological Space $(X,\mathcal{T})$ and its non-empty subsets $A,B\subset X\text{s.t.}A,B\ne \varnothing$. If $\overline{A}\cap B=\varnothing$ and $A\cap \overline{B}=\varnothing$, then $A$ and $B$ are separated sets.
