Definition

$X\sim \mathrm{logistic}(\mu ,s)$ where $\mu \in \mathbb{R}$ is Location Parameter and $s\in {\mathbb{R}}^{+}$ is Scale Parameter.

Logistic distribution is a Distribution Function whose CDF is the Logistic Function
